1. Introduction
Welcome to Commercial Waste Sydenham. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our commercial waste management services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services Provided
We offer a comprehensive range of commercial waste management solutions tailored to your business needs. Our services include:
- Regular waste collection and disposal

2.1 Waste Collection Schedule
The waste collection schedule is determined based on the agreed-upon service plan. We strive to adhere to the schedule; however, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions may cause delays.
3. Payment Terms
All services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and direct debit.
3.1 Late Payments
Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.
4. Customer Obligations
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about your waste management needs
- Ensuring that waste is appropriately segregated and stored
- Complying with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste disposal
- Notifying us of any changes in your waste generation or disposal requirements
5. Liability
Commercial Waste Sydenham is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the services rendered during the twelve months preceding the claim.
5.1 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled within the stipulated payment terms.
6.1 Immediate Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
- You breach any provision of these terms and conditions
- There is evidence of misuse or fraudulent activities
- The provision of services poses a threat to public health or safety
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Commercial Waste Sydenham operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided to you via email or through our official communication channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
